Péline is Principal within the Private Equity team at Indefi, where she leads the luxury and beauty sectors practice.
With over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and transformation projects, she is recognized for her expertise in portfolio value creation, private equity advisory, and post-merger integration within the FMCG, beauty, luxury, and fashion industries.
Before joining Indefi in 2023, Péline worked at a leading strategy consulting firm and held executive roles at global luxury and cosmetics leaders such as Shiseido and Dolce & Gabbana Beauty.
She graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds an MBA in International Luxury Management from the Institut Français de la Mode and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She is fluent in French, English and Turkish.
