International team and projects for traditional and alternative managers, ranging in size from startups to the largest global firms, as well as owners of asset management businesses (insurers, banks, financial sponsors and multi-affiliates)
We partner with business leaders and owners, to help them design or optimize their development strategy. As a consultant in Corporate Strategy, you can expect to:
Contribute to international projects spanning Europe and North America
Pitch your result in final client meetings
Lead interviews with industry experts and read industry publications to stay on top of current trends and add to your relevant knowledge base
Cover a wide range of complex topics related to asset management industry strategy, such as organic and inorganic business growth, product development, investment engine, ESG and impact investment capabilities, amongst others
A team of +/ 40 consultants helping private equity firms make better investment decisions at every stage of their investment lifecycle
Presence in Paris, Lyon and Madrid and a large variety of industry sectors covered

We provide support in delivering strategic recommendations (commercial due diligence) to senior executives. As a Consultant for the Private Equity Advisory practice, you can expect to:
Engage in data collection and analysis to gain valuable insights
Collaborate with consultants coming from our sustainability and / or digital teams to integrate their expertise in our strategic recommendations
Conduct field research and interviews with industry experts, enabling a deep understanding of various sectors
Attend meetings with clients and partners, allowing you to interact with key players in the private equity industry in France and Europe
A team of +/ 25 consultants focusing on sustainable finance topics
Average duration of our missions: between 2 and 6 weeks
International team and projects for institutional investors, such as asset managers, banks, insurances
We contribute to international projects that cover a wide range of complex topics related to sustainable finance, at both asset manager and portfolio company levels:
Assess companies on environmental, social, governance (ESG), climate, biodiversity, and impact topics
Participate in the extension and structuring of sustainable finance activity by attending various sector events
Conduct strategic and sustainable development due diligence on SMEs and large European groups by working directly with consultants from the Private Equity Advisory team
Design sustainable finance strategies and support impact fund launches
