Adam is based in Paris and leads Indefi’s Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure vertical, advising Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies on due diligence, value creation strategies, and exit planning.
With nearly 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, Adam has advised on over 160 transactions, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to both financial sponsors and corporate leaders. Beyond his core sector focus, Adam’s track record spans a broad range of B2B services businesses, including a strong footprint in the brokerage space.
Before joining Indefi in 2014, Adam began his career in Private Equity with analyst roles at Keensight Capital and Eurazeo, where he developed strong foundations in investment analysis and value creation.
Adam holds a Master’s in Finance from Grenoble École de Management. He is a board member of a leading glass processing company in the Middle East.
