Katell joined Indefi in 2024 and is Project Coordinator within the Private Equity Advisory team. Based in Paris, she oversees consultant staffing, workload planning and operational coordination, working closely with the Partners and consulting teams. She is also a member of the firm’s governance committee.
Before joining Indefi, Katell was Head of Staffing within the Human Resources department of Roland Berger in Paris. She previously held HR and recruitment positions at Umanis and Suravenir, part of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources and consulting.
