Lucas primarily works on supporting international asset managers on growth strategy and acquisition support. Lucas has experience in strategy and cross-border transaction & advisory in the public sector, asset management, healthcare, consumer, media, and technology.
Prior to Indefi, Lucas worked on buy & sell-side M&A in New York where he focused on corporate & financial analysis, developing valuation models, facilitating due diligence, contract negotiation, and integration preparation.
Lucas also worked as part of Indefi’s North American founding team where he was entirely focused on the U.S. market.
Lucas holds a BS in Economics from Babson College, where graduated magna cum laude in 2021. He is fluent in English and French.
