Lydia is a Director at Indefi, based in Paris, where she brings deep expertise in international distribution, institutional sales and business development across global asset management markets.
With over 20 years of experience in asset management, she has held senior executive and board-level roles across Europe, the UK and the US, spanning institutional clients, global financial intermediaries and sovereign wealth relationships. Prior to joining Indefi, Lydia served as Head of International Distribution at MEAG, Munich Re’s asset manager, where she led business development efforts with pension funds, insurance companies and official institutions across global markets.
She previously held senior roles at Vanguard, where she sat on the Executive Committee as Head of Global Financial Intermediaries, and at Schroders, where she spent over 13 years in progressively senior positions including Relationship Director for Global Financial Institutions and Deputy Head for Central-Southeastern Europe and the Mediterranean. She began her career at the General Bank of Greece as a Fund Manager in Global and International Equities.
Lydia holds a BA in Economics, Sociology and Political Science from Harvard University and an MBA from Cass University in London. She has also completed the Cambridge Sustainable Finance Course at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on sustainable investing and EU taxonomy.
She is fluent in English, French, and Greek.
