Matthias is based in Paris and is a Director within Indefi’s Private Equity Advisory team, advising Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies on commercial due diligence, value creation strategies, and strategic matters throughout the deal cycle.
He has particular expertise in healthcare, alongside significant experience in private education, learning & development, and cleantech.
Matthias initially joined Indefi in 2014, after starting his career at EY, where he worked on cleantech and renewable energy engagements. He later joined BCG, where he spent two years as a core member of its Private Investors & Private Equity practice in Paris, before rejoining Indefi as a Director.
Matthias holds Master’s degrees from École Polytechnique and Imperial College London. He is fluent in French and English.
