Maxime is based in Lyon and primarily focuses on commercial due diligences and growth strategy projects for financial investors and corporate clients, with strong exposure to B2C/retail and packaging, as well as the education, healthcare, and software sectors. He joined Indefi in 2023, when the Lyon office was established, and has since been supporting its structuring and development.
Prior to joining Indefi, Maxime gained experience in mobility (Daimler Group, Jeanneau Bénéteau Group), the food industry (Ecotone), and private equity (Naxicap Partners).
Maxime graduated from emlyon business school in 2024 and is bilingual in French and English.
