Mouhsine Aguedach is based in Lyon and leads strategic projects for private equity firms and management teams with extensive experience on both large and smid-cap assets.
Before joining Indefi in 2025, Mouhsine held a senior manager position at Roland Berger, where he supported investors on operations across the whole holding period: due diligences, build-ups, carve-outs, strategic plans, PMIs.
Mouhsine graduated from EM Lyon Business School.
He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
