Nicolas Hamann is based in Paris and leads strategic and due diligence projects across Europe, both for private equity firms and the management teams of small to mid-sized companies.
Before joining Indefi in 2017, Nicolas worked at OC&C (ex EY-Parthenon) as a strategy consultant and as analyst at Société Générale in the LBO and Structured Finance department for the TMT industry.
Nicolas graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance and Management. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
