Nicolas is based in Lyon and leads the Private Equity Advisory local office. Nicolas specializes in strategy, M&A and value creation for portfolio companies throughout the investment life cycle. His support includes work on commercial due diligence, 100-day plans and exit plans.
Having worked on more than 80 assignments over the past 8 years, Nicolas has extensive experience in many sectors throughout Europe including agrifood, tech and business services.
Nicolas started his career at Indefi in January 2016 after graduating from EM Lyon Business School. He is fluent in French and English.
