Ric is based in London and Amsterdam and, with more than 30 years of experience in the asset management industry having occupied several managing positions in leading companies, he advises asset management clients and investors on international strategic projects,
Before joining Indefi in 2015, Ric was Global Head of Client Relations & Solutions at Candriam Investors Group, CEO of Janus Capital International and Managing Director of EMEA, and Partner and Head of European Business Development at Willis Towers Watson. Prior to this, Ric was General Manager of Commerzbank’s asset management subsidiary in New York.
Ric also leads the Diversity Project Europe, the European chapter of the UK Diversity Project. It is an initiative ‘in development’ by a dozen European and international asset managers which aims to improve diversity, equity & inclusion practices across the asset management industry.
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and INSEAD, Ric is also a Certified European Financial Analyst.
