Sharadiya is Operating Advisor and US Market Lead at Indefi, based in New York. With over 20 years of experience spanning investment management, sustainable finance, and institutional advisory, she works with founders and leadership teams of asset managers and GPs on their growth, corporate development, product, and capital formation strategies.
Most recently, Sharadiya was the founder of Blue Dot Capital, a specialized advisory firm partnering with institutional investors focused on energy innovation and sustainable infrastructure, and has spent a significant part of her career leading initiatives to facilitate the scaling of sustainable investing in the US, building partnerships with leading financial institutions, asset owners, industry groups, and academic institutions.
Alongside her role at Indefi, Sharadiya serves as a Senior Advisor at One Planet Sovereign Wealth Funds (OPSWF) Network, where she advises on growth initiatives and programming for senior investment and executive leaders across the SWF ecosystem. Previously, Sharadiya spent a decade in corporate banking and investment management in a mix of investment strategist and institutional client partnership roles.
Sharadiya has spoken at institutional investor events such as Milken, SuperReturn, With Intelligence, and others. She holds a Master’s in Economic Policy from Columbia University, an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and a B.Sc. in mathematics.She is fluent in English and Bengali.
