Valentin Allard, CFA is Principal at Indefi, where he supports the firm’s development and leads strategy consulting engagements for the investment management industry across Europe. He brings nearly ten years of combined consulting and corporate experience in asset management. His work spans public and private markets, from leading global asset managers to specialist boutiques, for which he advises on strategic development, investment platform reviews, transactions, operating model transformation, and sustainability.
Prior to rejoining Indefi, Valentin held the role of Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Insurance and Asset Management practice. He also brings hands-on corporate experience from AXA Investment Managers, where he served as Strategy and Corporate Finance Officer.
Valentin is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of HEC Paris and the University of Manchester. Earlier in his career, he worked as an ESG analyst at Natixis Assurances and as an engine calibration engineer at Renault do Brasil. He is fluent in French, English, and Portuguese.
