Valentin is based in Madrid and focuses primarily on commercial due diligences and value creation plans on behalf of private equity clients in France and Iberia. He joined Indefi in 2024 in the Paris office and moved to the Madrid office in September 2024 to support its launch and has since contributed to its development.
Before joining Indefi, Valentin worked in private equity at Dellen and in M&A at Capitalmind Investec.
Valentin graduated from Sciences Po Paris, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master in Finance and Strategy. He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
