Victor Le Marois is the Co-Head of Indefi Sustainability Advisory. He brings over eight years of consulting experience and has been a key contributor to Indefi’s sustainability offering since 2021. With his expertise in sustainability and responsible investment, Victor advises both financial investors and corporate clients, helping them integrate sustainability as a key driver of value creation. He has conducted over 25 sustainability-focused due diligence assignments.
Prior to joining Indefi, Victor spent four years as a management consultant at Talan Consulting (ex. Asset Alpha), advising clients in the asset management sector. His earlier experience includes roles as a lean manager at Thales and a production engineer at Beneteau Group.
He holds an engineering degree from Arts & Métiers ParisTech, with a specialization in innovation, sustainability, and project management. Fluent in both French and English, Victor brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to his work.
