Victor Le Marois is Co-Head of Indefi Sustainability Advisory. With over ten years of consulting experience, he has helped build Indefi’s sustainability and strategy offering since 2021.
Victor advises financial investors (LPs, GPs and especially impact funds) as well as corporate clients on making sustainability a driver of value creation. He has led more than 50 due diligence assignments, covering ESG and impact due diligence and commercial due diligence of sustainable assets. He has developed particular expertise in the circular economy, decarbonization, greentech and environmental TIC, low-carbon mobility, and defense & sovereignty.
Before joining Indefi, Victor spent four years as a management consultant at Talan Consulting (formerly Asset Alpha), advising asset management clients. He began his career in industry, as a lean manager at Thales and a production engineer at Beneteau Group. This background gives him a hands-on, operational perspective on strategic issues.
He holds an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, with a specialization in innovation, sustainability and project management. He works in French and English.
