Zoya is based in Paris and Co-Heads Indefi’s Sustainability Advisory practice. She supports clients in developing ESG roadmaps, integrating sustainability into value creation plans, and enhancing sustainability communication to investors.
Zoya joined Indefi in 2019, bringing over a decade of international experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Prior to Indefi, she was a Research Manager at Vigeo Eiris (now Moody’s ESG Solutions), where she led ESG assessments of companies in the energy and utilities sector. She also worked as a CSR consultant in London and Moscow, supporting multinational companies on sustainability disclosure and stakeholder engagement.
Zoya holds a double Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility Management from IAE Paris-Est and in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. She is fluent in English, French, and Russian.
